The aim of the project is to introduce innovative hybrid toilet seats with enhanced technical and user parameters to the company’s offer. The production process of the new products will be based on solutions resulting from conducted R&D activities. The implementation of the project is expected to:

SANIT – PLAST FILIPCZAK SPÓŁKA JAWNA is implementing the project: “Internationalization of the company in new foreign markets” as part of Action 1.2 Internationalization of SMEs.

Project objectives and planned effects:

The project aims to internationalize the company by introducing its products to new foreign markets. The implementation of the project is crucial for the company in both the short and long term.

The key results of this project include:

• Adapting the product offering to new foreign markets.
• Entry into new sales markets.
• Implementation of organizational and process changes.
• Signing new foreign trade contracts.
• Increase in export sales.

SANIT – PLAST FILIPCZAK SPÓŁKA JAWNA is implementing a project under the name “Development of R&D infrastructure for the development of innovative technological solutions in the field of injection molding of thermoplastic materials.”

 Project objectives and planned effects:

The project aims to develop the R&D department at Sanit-Plast for the development of thermoplastic polymer injection molding technology. The infrastructure acquired during the project will enable a series of research and development activities, resulting in the introduction of innovations such as new technology for processing thermoplastic materials with fillers, using an active venting system and a system for accumulating thermal energy. These new solutions will optimize the plastic processing process by reducing production defects, decreasing energy consumption, and increasing the efficiency of the use of production machines.

The implementation of this project is intended to counteract the low level of innovation in Polish SMEs. The planned investment will strengthen Sanit-Plast both technologically and financially. Developing new production solutions and innovative products will increase the company’s competitiveness and create the potential for building a sustainable competitive advantage not only in the country but also in international markets.

Firma Sanit – Plast received funding for the project “Introduction of an innovative range of toilet seats resulting from the implementation of recommendations from the Design Strategy in the activities of Sanit-Plast Filipczak sp. j”, under the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014-2020, Priority Axis I Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, Action 1.4. Formula for competition.

Project goal:

Strengthening the competitiveness of Sanit-Plast by implementing a design strategy developed as part of Stage I of the project.

Sanit-Plast Filipczak Spółka Jawna, in preparation for a project initiative, invites bids for the execution of a design audit and the development of a design strategy, understood as a report from the conducted design audit within the project “Audit and Design Strategy as Innovative Support for the Development of the SANIT-PLAST company.” The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014-2020, Priority Axis I: Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, Action 1.4 Design for Competition Stage I. This procedure is conducted through a competitive bid process, adhering to the principles of competitiveness and equal treatment of Contractors as defined in the applicable Guidelines for qualifying expenses under the European Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, and Cohesion Fund for the years 2014-2020.
